These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tj baji platform and all its services. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you agree to follow these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Source of Funds
Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Where illegal or suspicious funds are used, tj baji reserves the right to hold the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tj baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
Various promotions are available including a weekly reload bonus, cricket bonus, weekend slots festival, birthday reward, and referral reward. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Misusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or placing artificial bets in order to meet bonus conditions is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
5.4 Wagering Calculation
The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. tj baji determines which games and bets count toward wagering completion, and the contribution rate may vary by game.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
A bet is considered final only after confirmation is received from the system. Bets that are incomplete due to network issues or technical errors may be voided and the stake returned.
6.2 Incorrect Odds or Promotions
If incorrect odds or bonuses are displayed due to an obvious technical error, tj baji reserves the right to void the relevant bets or bonuses. In such cases the stake will be returned to the account.
6.3 Game Disconnection and Errors
If a connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, the result will be determined by reviewing the game log. If a specific game experiences repeated issues, please notify the support team.
6.4 Collusion and Cheating
Coordinating with others to gain an advantage, using bots, or betting by any dishonest method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
7 VIP Program
tj baji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback benefit.

Cashback is paid based on the total net loss for the week. For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity on the platform.
tj baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VIP benefits at any time, and will endeavour to give advance notice of such changes.
8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited, and a violation will result in account closure:
- Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Fraudulently collecting bonuses or promotional offers.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Harassing or using abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
9 Personal Data and Privacy

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure and Suspension
11.1 Closure by tj baji
If a breach of the Terms, fraud, or any other unlawful activity is detected, tj baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
11.2 Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed, and any unused bonuses will be cancelled.
12 Limitation of Liability
tj baji will not be liable for direct financial losses arising from service interruptions caused by technical errors, network issues, or unavoidable circumstances. However, every effort will be made to provide a fair resolution in such situations.
Betting and gambling inherently carry financial risk. tj baji is not responsible for any losses a user incurs from their bets.
13 Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, an initial response will be provided within 7 business days where possible. Complex matters may take additional time to resolve.
14 Applicable Law
These Terms and all operations of the tj baji platform are governed by applicable law. In the event of any legal dispute, the decision of the court of relevant jurisdiction shall be final.
